What is wrong with the Activision master servers.

Hi,

I run servers on WAW and my server company tells me that the server issues are related to Activision. If this is true, what can we do to get you to fix them. The servers crash constantly. More people still play World at War than all other COD games combined. Are you trying to take the servers away? Why is something I PAY FOR not repairable?

Please help.
