hello!
call me Geovani, set the server to more than 6 months, my nikename is DionisioBRASIL, this server and very good, now sometimes appears some crooks that hinders the move, if possible to release the call vote so that we can take these rioters.

if you are asking about vote ban/kick then you must donate to get donor rights.
if this feature gets free to everyone then mostly players will abuse it, so only way to get is donate.

I thought that there was no ability to block now.

Yeah you can't be blocked by anyone unless something recently changed....just think he is talking about hackers.
