I'm not sure if this is the place for reporting, but I'm uploading a recording.

I've been playing with this guy for days now, I'm not sure he used to cheat, but I never paid attention until I watched the killcam today.
His user name is f4br1WOW
I asked him to turn it off twice, he didn't.
The recording size is 2.6Mb, so, I couldn't upload it here (max is 2Mb), so, next time, I'll just stop recording once it gets close to 2Mb.
This has just happened in the US 1.3 server.

He's using no recoil and WH.

tough call on that most recent one. the frame rate made it difficult to be sure. there were a couple times where he spun in an unnatural direction so you could be right, but i think i'd have to watch him myself for a while. plus, his rank was in the 170s, so he's been around for a while.
