I can't enter the US server

There was a ping thing. Admin said you are logging into the wrong server. gave the rope number. I was entering with that rope, today I cannot enter the computer game with that ip number.
IP number given by admin US Server : /connect 162.208.48.92:28962
I'm throwing the picture that I couldn't get in today.
Note: I restarted the modem and the computer. IP address is not entered. Friends, can you give us an address that can be entered in America

It's an issue related to the provider, we will inform you of the new ip adress, maybe we will change the host.

US server still down for maintenance.

Trinity you have high ping in all servers and this is really unusual, check your computer, cables, wifi settings etc.
Most players connecting from LA have less than 150 pings on the EU servers and 90-100 ping on the US server.

I'm from europe,ping on eu server is 80-100,on us server 150-200.
