Seriously, there is another thread about recording suspected cheaters and you should do this when you think another player is cheating. I botched up the recording command at first, but later figured how to do it correctly with the help of the admins. I used to think other people were cheating, until I realized my slow connection was getting me killed a lot. That's life.
