Hello, when i open Cod multiplayer it shuts down before i can do anything.
I have changed compatibility to Windows XP Service pack 3 with no luck, and ofc i start it as admin.

what version of the game are you using? 1.0 or 1.3?

This is a fix Badboy made for black screen crash issues, try downloading cod2mp_s.exe from the link below and replace your existing cod2mp_s.exe file in your call of duty folder:

It crashes right as the black screen is over.(the game starts, then 2 sec later I crashes)

Can be caused by many factors: game installation, directx, graphics card, windows update...
