Random perma ban? Please help.

Hi, so my account got permanently banned. Not sure why, I have never hacked and I wasnt talking trash or even saying anything in chat, just playing the 1.0 aus server and randomly out of nowhere I get a forever ban with the reason as "youknowwhy", which I don't. I love playing this game and hate to be unable to because of such a thing, I'd appreciate if you could help in resolving this. Thanks.
