Mods? Those are only bannable on consoles; it has a different meaning on PC.
I think you were banned for using some type of hack (i.e. aimbot, wallhack).

You were banned for wallhack. Few players sayed u manytimes, that u have wh. They call me on 1.3, i spectate you and your wallhack was sure. Hacks are not ok.
