unban request

I was kicked from server (Cracked MeatBot US) several weeks ago. The reason given at time was "no recoil" and the ban is forever. I didn't use hack. The only hack I have ever used is no cd hack for single player game.

Please review evidence and re-evaluate the ban.

My register name is Legomaster and my in game name is "chen".

@sirplayer Please don't ban users for no recoil. There is a spectating bug that makes them seem like they're using no-recoil. This bug can occur on any server.
