|KinG| has been around since early 2007 - starting off as a private competitive clan for Australians in the early days of Call of Duty 2.
At the start of 2008, we opened our first server, |KinG|Rifles. This was to cater for the Australian 1.0 community who preferred to play rifles only over anything else.
Later that year, we opened another server, |KinG|Zombies. This time, the server was located in the US and allowed up to 64 players to join. The server quickly became immensely popular, regularly being full and ranked #1 on websites such as gametracker.com
Due to my age at the time, I could not sustain enough money to keep these servers running, and were closed before 2009. |KinG|'s original members had moved on and we ceased to exist.
2013 - I decide to give CoD2 another go. I now had a reliable source of income, so running servers was much easier. I started a server based off the MeatBot mod, because that seemed to be a good way to gather players. Eventually the mod expanded and so did the servers. We now have a popular community with over 1000 unique players connecting every week.
Due to the death of |KinG| in 2009 - we are no longer a private clan. We are a public clan - very much like UN (United Noobs). Anyone can join by changing their name to ^^40|K^9in^4G|^1Name.
