I have updated the first post with basic information on how to donate correctly.

As of 2/12/2014, we have allowed donators to votekick/temp vote ban players.

To be eligible a minimum of $5 donation is required. The donator perk is for life, so no need to worry about recurring fees.

Also please keep in mind that votekick/temp vote ban is currently an unfinished feature, and will likely be done when interest is shown.
