Re-wrote some of the weapon dropping code.
Hopefully fixed bug with bot weapons not dropping 100% of the time.
Fixed bot weapon reserve count sometimes returning zero.
Fixed weapons not being dropped while sprinting.
Improved weapon dropping code efficiency.
Fixed tiny bug with meatbot code.

Fixed web chat private channels/private messages being broadcast publicly to all CoD2 servers.
Fixed private ChatBot messages/errors/querys being broadcast publicly to all CoD2 servers.
Fixed in-game ChatBot messages to display proper strings for when people enter/leave etc.
Hopefully fixed players getting damaged/killed after spawning. Need confirmation!

Added new 1.3 europe server. Custom maps only. 5.9.90.148:28963
Added 50+ maps to the custom map server.
Edited main menu to show custom map server.
Added new way to grab list of maps for custom map server. No need to reconfigure sv_maprotation anymore.

Added !hide command for admins. While enabled, all commands typed by you are hidden from the public.
Typing a command to see how it is used (Example: Typing !tempban) will return a more detailed example on how the command works.
Removed !cchat (Formally known as !toggle) as it was never finished and now useless with !hide.
Hopefully fixed a few little typos/bugs with command system.

The map will automatically rotate if no-one has got a kill within the past 30 minutes. This will prevent non-bot servers with low populations from staying on the same map for long periods of time.
If you are hidden using !hide, your commands are now visible to yourself and other admins.

Added new command for all users, !rtv. Typing !rtv will cause your player to "rock the vote" and if 50% of players rock the vote, the map will rotate if map voting has been finished. However if map vote has yet to run, it will instead initialize the map vote and rotate after it has finished.
Also added !map rotate to the !map command.

Added new donation module to forum.
Added donation goal to main forum page.
Donations are now fully automated and users will automatically be flagged as donator after a successful donation of more than $5.
Added new donator perk - hats! To have access to all hats you must be a donator or admin. Go ingame and type !hats. Hats will save after disconnecting/loading new map.

Special thanks to the_law for helping me import TF2 models.

Fixed helmet popping errors and bugs.
Re-wrote most of the hats code. It is now more efficient with a lot less chance of bugging. Should be flawless.
Hopefully fixed players getting damaged/killed after spawning. Again. Need confirmation!
