Shot registration

I'd like to know how people with 150-200+ ping can get nearly perfect registration on their shots. Meanwhile I have a 50ish ping and a big amount of my shots don't register on the target. Please explain this to me.

i usually get 200+ ping but i can still shot correctly.
you just need a good aim.

Has nothing to do with my aim, it's all registration.

I personally don't notice much of a problem. For reference, my ping is usually 90-110 on the US 1.0 servers.
