Hi all, my question would be whether there is some other method besides PayPal donation?
Well, I'm not sure if my country is enabled this service.

PayPal supports many countries, and I see yours among them;
https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/country-worldwideHave you tried registering an account? They support bank transfers, debit & credit card, echeque and probably more.
Another option is to purchase a prepaid debit card somewhere online and use that as a debit card for PayPal.
