Server lag ?!

hey guys ,
is it me or ist the eu 1.3 lagging ?! because in irregular intervals i got a lag but i have a ping from around 60+-10 .
So the problem might not lie with me or ?!

Could be. RAID array on the EU serv is resyncing every first sunday of the month (6th of november in that case). RAID resync takes a few hours and affects COD by lagging it a bit.
Will occur again next first-sunday-of-the-month + 1 day.

Yeah, i'll confess, I didn't really reboot the entire server when asked lately. Mainly because I forgot/have been busy, but then noticed people saying it was fine/fixed/working again so ended up ignoring it.
EDIT: US server rebooted.
EU will have to wait.
