If ALL servers are laggy it's most likely you.

No way that a server in the USA, a server in the EU and a server in Australia ALL are laggy at the same time for no reason at all.

Probably the problem is at your end, not at the server's

People complain, just not on here. In game chat people have acknowledged the lag especially on EU 1.3. US 1.3 is fine now.

First sunday/monday of the month the EU node does a raid1 resync. This takes quite some time (30+ hours) and makes the serv act a tad laggy.
