if you're talking about showing your name on donator list on forum then you maybe checked Remain anonymous, badboy can add your name to donors list.
but still you can use commands like vote/hats.

Hi gyuurka,

I saw you create an account here yesterday, and I noticed that you tried "!hats" ingame afterwards. And since you kept playing with the regular hat, I assumed that you had donated, but had some problems with your donation being registered correctly.

According to the donating-instructions "This process is automatic and you will be flagged as a donator instantly after a successful donation."

If you are sure that the donation was 100% completed, and that the amount you donated have been transfered out of your bank-account, you need to send BadBoy a private message telling him about this problem.

BadBoy has not been online here at King-clan.com since 01 April, so this problem could be fixed today, or in 10 days. I'm sorry, but nobody else can help you.
