Cant connect to US 1.3

For some reason i cant connect. That server isnt listed in my server list and its not even listed in gametracker. Is there a new IP? I see people chatting from that server so I dont know why I cant connect??

It was a problem on my end. I can get on now, but I couldnt for 24 hrs even though other people could. No idea what the issue was on my side lol.

The US server ip is banned from gametracker for some reason. Gametracker refuses to tell us said reason.
