How to call admins over ingame chat to ban (avoiding vote) without alarming cheaters if admins arent on same server? Whats the secret word?

Its a good idea that u had there, its better than yelling for a long time until the cheater leaves or turn it off. U can suggest a secret word, or login on the forum chat and use private chat with the admin u find there, or u can write me on steam.
