I wanted to play on the server again, but I couldn't remember the password, so I tried to reset it from the email but I didn't get anything.

Hello @VladimirManzur,
you have to try it multiple times to get the email, unfortunately. If it still doesn't work, you can try it after few hours again.
We are sorry for the technical problems, this service is not perfect.

Hi,
Password reset not working on our US server, please connect to our EUR or OC server and you will get the email to reset your password.
I see you got 2082 kills and 2145 deaths, it's possible to create a new acount and have a fresh start.
