Removing burgundy v2

It looks very clear that I only meant burgundyv2. Me and many players enjoy maps like gob_rats, and thanks for putting these.
But everyone can realize burgundyv2 kills the activity.
Imagine you're in that situation. Burgundyv2 starts at the climax of games, many of players leave, rest of them usually don't know how to use !rtv, so you get stuck in this map. Players just joined are disappointed and go to another server, and probably leave the server again because of high ping(eu player in us server for example) or bots.
So this map isn't good for business in my opinion. I just advised for server's sake.
