just to add to the earlier suggestions, how about one similar to the glasses and nose hat, but in this case just the sunglasses. it would kind of give the guy a badass look.

other suggestions:

-beard
-big mohawk or "mr.T" style with the mohawk and the bald head
-just plain bald head (with a bit of shine to it).

I can't do any of those three because they would require actual modifications to the player's head model, and I have no idea how to modify those.

However, I would be more than happy to port a pair of sunglasses from CoD4. xD
