I think it would be wise to delegate tasks to admins you trust to help in the management of this community such as the players database and the restart of servers.
Each of us has his occupations and commitments.
The forum has become simply a space where we can cry and where our friends come to console us.
You put in a very good structure, and it would be a mess if you leave it alone.
