Hi, in Chelm map all players who use cannon kill their team mates, because use this cannon only for fun. It would be pity turn off this cannon, so I think good idea is making it impossible to kill your comrades-in-arms using cannon, only enemies. The cannon would then be used only to kill a strong enemy attack, or to kill enemies from behind, after reaching enemy lines, instead killing team mates.
About american team- it's not realistic, so I suggest change american team to russian.
