abuse of admin powers and vote

I have temporarily removed AsesinoSinLente's privileges for a week.

If he continues this behaviour the punishment will be more severe.

I caught him last night banning another player with no reason.. First he changes to a blank name.
Then he vote bans..

I know how he look to watch..
I play one map waiting for Red Dot, but he dosen't do that.

I would like to make some comments about this issue.
Concerning the user(s) AsesinoSinLente, there are actually two players, both members of clan Gotei (as myself), who use the nickname AsesinoSinLente. The difference, aparte from the ID, is the number they have in the clan. There is also another player who used to use the same nickname but is wearing another one at the moment (Escobar). They are all friends in real life so that is the reason why they have or have had the same nicks. The fact is that the three of them have had their privileges removed for the actions of solely one; even one of them has never used his rights to call for votes as far as I am concerned.
On the other hand, many are the users who have complained about TZXHC using wh and I myself have called for a vote ban on this user, once or even twice, I can not remember. Of course, I have done this after spectating him to get sure he was actually using hacks.
With this I am not trying to deffend indiscriminated use of rights, but, as they disencourage people frome playing, more do hackers and at certains times there are no administrators online to kick or ban them. I think we should look for a balance.
