I am a donor that is something different... and as such, I do my job, for something pay for such service, kick or ban players with hack, or simply kick the players with high ping 999 and are affecting ping Of the other players both affecting the server, I do not do more than that.

You only kick players that hack...you aren't allowed to kick players for high ping.
