Cheater was impossible to votekick, and as many times before - no admins around.
Players complained that VladPatriot abused the same bug before I entered the server, but I didnt see it myself.

Vlad Patriot has pointed out many legitimate hackers to me over time. It would be a shame if that accusation turned out to be true.
