hello people, i was playing in eu 1.0 and a player named "Guest" in yellow color was roccating, if you don't know what is roccat then i'll explain it to you! roccat is: the player just shot and players automatically get killed, he dont aim at anyone he just shot and get kills, this is roccat! i also got his demo for evidence! kindly ban this FUCKFACE!

I did not know that this had made its way to COD2. I have seen it in another game but I still have yet to see it in COD2. Hopefully it doesn't get too wide spread. Also, I did not know that it was called "roccat" I wonder how it got such a weird name.

Yeah the more common term for this is Silent Aim. Depending on the software it can be done while aiming down the sights or even from the hip. It's harder to tell when it's from the hip, since the noscope hit detection in this game is entirely RNG-based.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. When firing from the hip in CoD2, the bullet lands in any random location within the crosshairs. This is what makes it hard to distinguish between a silentaim hack and a few lucky noscopes.
