Votekick/Voteban Misuse!!

Just got back to this awesome server after a long time, and guess what ? I've got 30 mins ban
Despite the obvious degradation of my skills
some fools kept saying to me to stop hacking 
, one of them "skorpion" who's unfortunately a donor.!! and you know the rest of the story 
it is not about what happened to me, this player keep misusing this feature to Kick/ban anyone he don't like, at least 3 players has been temp banned/ kicked on that time because of nothing. I believe those who have this feature should be responsible enough to use it correctly,
