Who do I send a WH video to?

Got a couple minutes of a guy going by Captain America blatantly using WH. Recorded it, and can send to whoever I need to to get that shithead out of the server.

We won't be able to do anything with video evidence as we cannot track the players account.

I can help to watch out for this player though. Do you remember what server you were playing on when you encountered this player?
