Temporary ban

I play the Cracked Meatbots servers daily. Today, another player was calling people "fag" and "gay" and I asked him to watch his language. He then began to argue with me. I did not call him any personal names (though I did question his age, to be honest) and suddenly I was "temporarily banned". What does this mean? How long does this last? It really feels unfair to me, as I was simply trying to get him to stop calling people "fag" and "gay".

Can you tell me when I will be able to log back on? Also, I donated a small amount and am wondering if that is something that you are asking players to do once, or if it's an every month sort of thing.

I appreciate your assistance with my situation.

You and Dennis were going at it and I asked you both to stop and play the game because it was getting ugly, but you both continued so you both got a 1 day ban. You should be able to play tomorrow.

One day of banishment is a lot for me, as this happens to be my one day of total vacation by myself, so I was looking forward to playing COD2 on your server. Pity.

I play at least a part of each day when I can, and have never insulted any one. I only speak up when the comments of others are offensive to me, and then I usually just say, "Watch your language".

Today the other player and I did argue. However, my initial comments were to ask him to watch his language and stop calling others "fag". His response to me (one example among many) was to call me "cancer fag", while I, other than questioning his age, (which I regret doing), called him nothing. He then called me a "shemale". I don't think I deserve to be banned for trying to stop his insulting language directed at others only to be insulted myself.

It's not my server, but that is definitely my opinion.

As I mentioned earlier, I do appreciate your attention to my concern. Have a wonderful rest of the day.

Your temp ban has been replaced with a 1 day temp mute.

I strongly encourage fellow admins to mute those abusing rather than ban.

I went into player list and then went to the admin panel but it said it was still under construction. How do you accomplish the mute?

I just tried to log on and the server is still booting me off, saying that I am temporarily banned. Is there something different I need to do?
