That is totally un fair. How exactly did I violated the rul??? thought in this server we could say anything we wanted except for racist things? Which rasla has been doing and now u make him admin? I honestly think that although avoiding a mute is against the rules, a one month ban is definitely too much. In a situation like this, I would not consider a tempban unless he evades the punishment many times, and even then it would be a very short ban.
How about we resolve this by having chiefsmoke muted for a week (and please don't avoid it this time), and we'll resolve the situation with raslabuha's racist speech privately.
