Before filing a complaint, please make sure that you have not committed an offense against the usual rules known in online games.
Also, when an admin warns you about abuse, you should discuss it either with him or here on the forum, in time, to prevent it from turning into a big problem.
Admins can remove punishments and give you new chances, provided that you do not try to evade them.
