you dont need any programme.
after downloading file, put in cod 2 folder named "Demos".
see file name or copy it. open cod2mp , open console and type /demo demoname (e.g /demo demo100) and hit enter.
it will start play.
(to record a demo type in console /record and to stop it type in console /stoprecord)
