problem with donors

I was playing in quiet OC until a donator comes to give me ban, I am also donator but to abuse their power well and I Baneen of nowhere, you can not so crazy, I have 3 witnesses and friends who saw when I got ban, ensima enter as kingfan and no one knows who is, please controolen that now I have to wait for my account desbanee or not, thank you very much !!
