bcz it was for no reason,maybe he should hv called more time if i not stopped him,player was clean.
should i not report if someone is doing wrong?

Well it sounds like you already warned him and from my logs I only see the 1 failed vote, which is nothing to be concerned about from my point of view.

If you catch them in the act it's worth a warning, but only worth reporting if they continue to abuse.
